I’m always looking for a quick and easy recipe to make that is full of flavor and the whole family will enjoy!! The best part of this recipe… NO MESS! Just put the chicken legs in a ziplock bag with all the ingredients, marinate for 30 in the fridge, and then pour into a baking dish to cook!

Dinner is served!!


5 chicken legs

2tbsp olive oil

2 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp paprika

4 cloves of minced garlic

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 fresh lemon

Fresh Thyme for garnish



Put all the ingredients (minus the lemon and garnish) into a ziplock bag.

Let it marinate in the fridge for about 30 minutes or longer if you have the time.

Preheat oven to 450.

Transfer ingredients into a casserole dish.

Add some sliced lemons into the dish between the chicken legs.

Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes, until the chicken starts to brown.

Garnish with the thyme and serve!
